Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Menu Development & Standardization

Develop and optimize recipes for Shawarma, burgers & fried chicken, sandwiches, or Saudi local dishes, creating differentiated flavors.

Prepare detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Kitchen Operations Management

Oversee the full workflow from ingredient receiving, preparation, cooking, to packaging, and optimize kitchen layout and processes to reduce preparation time.

Personally supervise and ensure quality standards for core items.

Monitor food cost and manage inventory accurately to minimize raw material waste during the pilot phase.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in the food & beverage industry. Candidates with a hybrid background as both Executive Chef (R&D) and Kitchen Manager (Operations) are preferred. Experience with Cloud Kitchens or major QSR brands in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.

Professional Skills: Strong understanding of Saudi food culture and Middle Eastern spices. Hands-on expertise in burger patty formulation, fried chicken breading techniques, or Japanese/Korean fast food is a plus.

Core Competencies: Highly innovative, with the ability to balance authentic flavors and scalable standardization; capable of managing multiple product lines under pressure.

Language: Fluent English is required as the working language. Arabic communication skills are a strong advantage for managing local staff and suppliers.
