We are seeking a skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our kitchen and custom furniture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into accurate technical drawings and production-ready documentation, ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and installation.
You will play a key role in ensuring that every kitchen is built exactly as designed with precision, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare shop drawings and detailed layouts for kitchens and wardrobes
Review designers drawings and convert them into manufacturing-ready drawings
Prepare cutting lists, material lists, and hardware schedules
Coordinate with factory, site engineers, and installation teams
Ensure all designs comply with manufacturing standards and site measurements
Resolve technical issues related to modules, fittings, and execution
Update drawings based on site conditions and client approvals
Support cost estimation and material optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
2+ years of experience in kitchen or furniture technical office
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
Experience with modular kitchens, carcass systems, fittings, and accessories
Strong understanding of manufacturing and installation processes
Ability to read architectural drawings and take site measurements
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills to coordinate between design, factory, and site
Preferred (Plus)
Experience with CNC production files
Knowledge of Blum, Hettich, Hafele, or similar systems
Experience with SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Cabinet Vision
