About the Client
A US-based multi-brand e-commerce retailer operating boutiques across women's fashion, children's apparel, and outdoor lifestyle. They sell on Shopify and rely on Klaviyo for lifecycle marketing and revenue growth. The team values data-driven decision making, brand consistency, and frequent campaign execution.
Why does this role exist
The business needs a true Klaviyo expert who can implement audit recommendations, build new flows from scratch, and take ownership of multi-store email operations. With limited internal bandwidth and technical constraints, they're hiring someone who can quickly improve lifecycle automation, list health, and deliverability while driving measurable revenue impact. This role exists to transform email into a consistent, scalable growth channel across all brands.
The Impact you'll make
Lifecycle Automation (Flows)- Build net-new flows end-to-end (welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, checkout abandon, postpurchase, winback, re-engagement) with triggers, filters, and branching logic
- Implement audit recommendations and rebuild/optimize existing automations across brands
- Configure event properties, dynamic content, conditional splits, and profile/property updates
Campaign Operations- Plan, segment, create, schedule, and send daily campaigns across multiple stores
- Maintain a cross-brand email/content calendar with testing plans and send cadence
- Leverage Magic AI Tool and Grammarly to draft, refine, and QA content while preserving brand voice
List Health, Growth, and Deliverability- Establish engagement windows, suppress unengaged contacts, and run ongoing list cleaning
- Design and optimize signup forms/flows, capture points, and growth tactics to improve acquisition vs. churn
- Enforce deliverability best practices (sender reputation, authentication, warm-ups, sunsetting, complaint/bounce control)
Data, Testing, and Reporting- Set up and interpret A/B tests (subject, content, send time, offers, flow logic)
- Monitor key metrics (open/click rates, conversions, revenue attribution) and iterate weekly
- Provide clear, actionable weekly summaries and cross-brand insights to inform future strategy
Cross-Brand Collaboration and Governance- Ensure consistent brand standards, modular templates, and reusable assets across The Swank Company, Posh Tots, and Escape Outdoors
- Partner with the team to align promos, launches, and seasonal moments with lifecycle and campaign plans
- Maintain tight ShopifyKlaviyo integration hygiene and data mapping
