Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic KNX Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales of KNX-based automation solutions, leveraging technical expertise to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and a passion for innovation in building automation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for KNX automation products.
  • Act as the technical expert in client meetings, providing insights into product functionality and benefits.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to customize KNX solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and marketing materials for KNX products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction or building automation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of KNX systems and building management solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
