Role Overview:

Inspire is working with a top-tier global Crypto Exchange to grow its Dubai-based team. We are seeking experienced and sociable individuals to join us as KOL BD (Lead Relationship Manager) in Dubai. This role is central to leading efforts to expand our local network and enhance our brand presence through authentic, relationship-driven engagement. The ideal candidate has experience independently closing major accounts, supervising teams, and thrives in social settings, and is passionate about building and maintaining meaningful connections within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Seniority: Must possess deep industry understanding (Crypto/Web3).
• Deal-Closing Ability: Strong deal-making skills with a proven track record of independently closing major accounts
• Team: Supervise the local KOL BD team
• Reporting Line: Reports to the BD Head

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Visa Status: This is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai and provide their own valid UAE work visa (self-sponsored). Applicants who do not meet this criterion will not be considered.
• Personality: Presentable, outgoing, and highly sociable. You should enjoy and excel in social interactions.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A natural networker who is confident in approaching new people.
