Role Description

The Korean Speaking Game Presenter will be responsible for hosting and managing live online game sessions in Korean Language. This full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah involves engaging with players, presenting games, adhering to game rules, and ensuring a seamless player experience. Additional responsibilities include explaining game rules as needed, maintaining professionalism, and contributing to team productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and proficient in English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence and ability to perform live on camera professionally
• Customer service skills, with a focus on creating an engaging and positive experience
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• High attention to detail and ability to follow set game procedures
• Experience in customer support or gaming environments is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
