About the Company: Al Khozama Investment Company, a leader in luxury hospitality and real estate investment, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across the organization, supporting Al Khozama's commitment to service excellence and continuous growth. The role will also lead national talent development initiatives through government-supported training programs such as Tamheer and Cooperative Training (Co-op).

About the Role: The main Purpose of this job is to design, plan, execute, evaluate, and manage learning and development strategies and talent management programs that enhance employee performance, build organizational capabilities, and support long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company-wide learning and development strategies.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design learning plans accordingly.
  • Design and manage leadership development and succession planning programs.
  • Develop and oversee talent management framework includes performance, potential assessment, and career progression.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and report learning impact on organizational performance.
  • Communicate and manage external training vendors and ensure budget efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or investment sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Tamheer and Co-op programs, including onboarding, training plan development, and government reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
