We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Learning & Development Administrator to play a pivotal role in driving our people development agenda.
With over five years of hands-on experience in L&D operations, you will be the backbone of our learning functionensuring seamless execution of training programs, optimizing learning systems, and delivering a best-in-class learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Program Coordination:
- Schedule and manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.
- Learning Systems Management:
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze learning metrics to track participation, completion rates, and impact.
- Provide regular reports to L&D Leadership and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Content & Communication:
- Support the development and editing of training materials, presentations, and communications.
- Promote learning opportunities through internal channels and ensure high engagement.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries and provide administrative support to trainers and facilitators.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D administration or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
