Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 58 years of experience to support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional HRMS knowledge along with technical expertise in OAF and Workflow. The role requires working onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and develop Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and customizations.
- Configure and develop Oracle Workflow for HRMS business processes.
- Support integration, customization, and enhancements within Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Work closely with business users, HR teams, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for HRMS applications.
Requirements
Required Skills
Functional
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules such as:
- Core HR
- Self-Service HR (SSHR)
- Payroll (preferred)
- Absence Management
- iRecruitment (nice to have)
Technical
- Experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow development and customization.
- Knowledge of:
- PL/SQL
- SQL
- Forms / Reports (nice to have)
- Experience with HRMS APIs and interfaces.
Experience Requirements
- 58 years of experience working with Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Proven experience in techno-functional roles.
- Experience with OAF customization and Workflow development.
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 environment preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS implementations or support projects.
- Knowledge of HR business processes.
- Oracle certifications are an advantage.
