Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas lab operations, systems, and maintenance plans
• Oversee reliability tests (thermal shock, vibration, drop tests) to ensure product stability
• Conduct draw volume, airflow, and seal leakage tests to verify vaping performance
• Test e-liquid parameters (viscosity, density, refractive index) for batch consistency
• Review test reports, flag quality risks, and support root cause analysis
• Manage calibration of precision instruments to ensure data accuracy
• Train lab technicians and ensure compliance with CNAS or equivalent standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical, Electronics or related field
• 3+ years lab management experience in e-cigarette, electronics, or chemical industry
• Skilled in e-cigarette physical testing and e-liquid physicochemical analysis
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025, strong data integrity and report writing skills
• Able to handle basic equipment issues and manage calibration cycles
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to drive improvements
• English proficiency for reading standards and writing simple reports
• Honest, principled, and objective under pressure
