Job Purpose:

To lead and manage land reservation and approval processes by ensuring effective coordination with relevant authorities, strong governance of workflows, and full compliance with regulatory requirements. The role focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing structured procedures and automation to ensure timely, accurate, and well-governed land management activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of land reservation requests and coordinate with relevant government entities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Draft and prepare official correspondence and letters to a high professional standard, and follow through until completion and approval.
  • Proactively track and manage requests and approvals, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Design and implement clear governance frameworks for approvals, including defining roles, authority levels, and approval workflows (Approval Matrix).
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the automation of workflows related to correspondence and approval processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Document and continuously update standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and sustainability.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence with government entities, including letters, requests, and formal submissions, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with regulatory and procedural requirements; follow through on all communications until final approval and closure.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in similar position.
