Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting topographic and land surveys, performing accurate site measurements and boundary analysis, and working with advanced surveying tools like Total Stations. The role also involves preparing and reviewing survey drawings, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory and safety standards. You will help ensure precise measurements and critical data for construction, land development, and other related projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques
• Expertise in operating surveying equipment such as Total Stations
• Knowledge of Building Surveying and Related Practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a results-oriented mindset
• Relevant certification or degree in land surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of local land use regulations in Dubai is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly
