Land Surveyor

Role Purpose

 

The Land Surveyor is responsible for providing precise surveying and mapping services to support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects. The role ensures accurate measurement, establishment of control points, and verification of levels, alignments, and dimensions to guide construction works. Working closely with project engineers, site teams, and consultants, the Land Surveyor plays a critical role in minimizing errors, preventing rework, and ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. By delivering reliable survey data and maintaining meticulous records, the position supports the safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of projects while upholding Innovo Infrastructure's standards of quality and technical excellence..

Key Accountabilities

 

• Perform topographic and as-built surveys using appropriate instruments.
• Draft survey drawings and maps using AutoCAD and surveying software.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors for survey needs.
• Monitor the accuracy of structural elements during construction.
• Maintain survey records and update the technical office with as-built data.
• Adhere to HSE standards while performing survey activities.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

 

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years surveying experience in GCC infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE authority requirements for project works.
• Proficiency in surveying equipment and CAD software.
