HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a qualified
Landscape/Architect Inspector to ensure that landscaping and architectural works are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications and regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will conduct inspections, monitor progress, and provide guidance to contractors to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards
- Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and work processes on-site
- Identify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Review project documentation and assist in ensuring that all submittals are in compliance with project requirements
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, progress reports, and documentation of site activities
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve design and construction issues
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and architectural inspection or related roles
- Strong understanding of landscape design, plants, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be a Saudi National
