Landscape Architect (Luxury Villas & High-End Projects)
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in the design and delivery of projects, including day-to-day coordination with project team members.
- Work closely with the Practice Lead to drive landscape business development, win projects, and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop strong client relationships and attend key client presentations and meetings.
- Create high-quality, innovative concept designs for luxury villas and high-end developments.
- Lead the preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Select and recommend suitable landscape materials and palettes for hardscape, softscape, and site furniture, based on local experience and market knowledge.
- Lead and manage the development of concept and detailed master plans, with a focus on premium residential and public realm projects.
- Manage and execute projects from concept stage through construction and final handover.
- Prepare professional design presentations using both hand sketches and digital tools.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
- Proven experience in landscape and swimming pool design and execution.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Solid knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high aesthetic sense for luxury outdoor spaces.
