Job Summary
Mobco Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong background in the design, planning, coordination, and execution of landscape works for large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative landscape designs while ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop landscape concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate landscape design activities with architectural, civil, structural, and MEP teams.
- Review and approve landscape shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure all landscape works comply with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, hardscape details, and landscape specifications.
- Resolve technical issues related to landscape design and site execution.
- Support value engineering initiatives and recommend cost-effective landscape solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of landscape works while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture (Mandatory).
- Professional registration or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Landscape Architect.
- Proven experience in landscape design and execution for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems, planting design, and hardscape works.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
