Responsible for following up on the design activities and the landscape projects development, providing technical expertise, and coordinating with the different design architects and disciplines.
- Preparing conceptual sketches and designs.
- Reviewing landscape designs with the consultants.
- Coordinating landscape designs with the other disciplines.
- Preparing landscape design and construction documents.
- Selecting appropriate Hardscape materials, soft scape, lighting, and site furniture.
- Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans.
- Undertaking any task/duty as requested by the Landscape Design Manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape and Urban Design/Planning.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Landscape design from concept and preliminary stages to construction documentation.
- Skills: Communication skills - Analytical skills.
- Abilities & Attitude: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Google Sketch up - Fluency in English.
