Role Description
We are seeking an experiencedLandscape Project Managerto oversee landscape projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules and budgets, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Can manage fast track landscape projects.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material lists.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Review plans, specifications, and change orders.
- Resolve on-site issues and adjust project plans as needed.
- Ensure projects meet company standards, contract requirements, and local regulations.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and job cost tracking.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in landscape construction or landscape project management.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, materials, and equipment.
- Proven ability to manage crews, timelines, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read landscape plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience with high-end commercial landscape projects.
- Excellent English command.
