About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.
Job Description:
- Create bespoke landscape concepts for gardens, courtyards, pools, terraces, and outdoor entertainment areas, incorporating modern outdoor living trends.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, mood boards, renderings, BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications for premium finishes.
- Conduct site visits, assess environmental conditions, and work closely with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee project implementation, select luxury materials, ensure sustainability and irrigation efficiency, and revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field, with experience in luxury villas or high-end residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualization tools, with strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple upscale projects simultaneously.
