Landscape Maintenance Supervisors

Job Purpose

We are hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisors to manage field teams and ensure high-quality maintenance performance across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily softscape and irrigation maintenance activities.
• Manage workforce productivity and task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
• Monitor irrigation systems, fertilization, and plant health.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Engineer and report site progress.
• Ensure HSE compliance and site discipline.
• Handle client observations and close comments promptly.
• Maintain daily site records and submit weekly reports.

Requirements

Education

Diploma in Agriculture or relevant field

Experience

Minimum 36 years in landscape maintenance

Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred

Location

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Tabuk.
