Job Summary

Binghatti is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Landscape Manager to lead and manage all landscape design and technical aspects of high-profile developments. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and close coordination with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure design excellence and project delivery in line with Binghatti's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the final landscape design, including plant selection, hardscape elements, and material specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, landscape designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape works within overall project design.
• Review, coordinate, and approve shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Provide technical support and coordination with Procurement teams and landscape suppliers/vendors.
• Manage, schedule, assign, and monitor the performance of the landscape drafting team.
• Review and issue concept, preliminary, and detailed landscape drawings.
• Ensure appropriate selection of materials and plants based on design intent, sustainability, climate suitability, and project requirements.
• Oversee compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and project specifications.
• Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and quality.
• Coordinate with site teams during execution to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of landscape packages in line with project schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience in landscape architecture and management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Landscape Manager role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, authority approvals, and local landscape standards.
• Proven experience working on large-scale residential, mixed-use, or high-rise developments.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, relevant landscape tools).
• Strong understanding of materials, plant species suitable for the UAE climate, and sustainable landscaping practices.
