Job Description
* Plan, design, and oversee landscape projects in accordance with project requirements and client expectations.
* Manage day-to-day landscape operations, including planting, irrigation, maintenance, and site improvements.
* Supervise, train, and evaluate landscaping teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of landscaping tools, equipment, and materials.
* Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure high-quality landscape appearance year-round.
* Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
* Inspect sites regularly to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
* Identify and resolve operational or technical issues related to landscape works.
* Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by management.
* Recommend improvements and sustainable landscaping practices to enhance efficiency and aesthetics.
