A Landscape Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising the execution of landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring all work complies with design plans, environmental regulations, and client expectations. This role also includes hands-on experience in overseeing the construction and installation of swimming pools, pergolas, and other outdoor features, ensuring high-quality finishes and seamless integration with the overall landscape design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to understand project requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Site Supervision and Quality Control:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize project disruptions.
- Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Client Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for clients and provide updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and progress reports.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in landscape construction or site engineering, with a strong understanding of landscaping principles and techniques.
