Product Tester - YuVoice - Multi-language Conversational Voice Bot - Arabic
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Tester to join our team at YuVoice, a cutting-edge conversational voice bot platform. As a Product Tester, you will be responsible for testing our Arabic language capabilities, identifying bugs, and ensuring the bot's functionality meets the highest standards. Your expertise in first principles thinking, ability to think creatively, and experience with product testing will be invaluable in helping us deliver a world-class product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of the YuVoice bot's Arabic language capabilities, including:
- Testing the bot's understanding of different dialects of Arabic, of the MENA region. (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Oman, Muscat and other countries)
- Identifying and reporting bugs, errors, and areas for improvement
- Providing detailed feedback on the bot's performance and suggestions for enhancements
- Utilise first principles thinking to rigorously test the bot's boundaries, identifying edge cases and scenarios that push the bot's limits
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bot's functionality and capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI and natural language processing
Requirements:
- Native Arabic Speaker with a strong understanding of Arabic language and the various dialects of MENA region.
- 5-8 years of experience in product testing.
- Native Arabic Speaker with a strong understanding of Arabic language and the various dialects of MENA region.
- Experience with first principles thinking and creative problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
Nice to Have:
Experience with multilingual conversational AI platforms
Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Note:
The candidate will be on a third-party payroll and visa sponsorship.
