Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Laptop Technician to join our team at RebuyTech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking and fixing received imported laptops, as well as performing maintenance and warranty repairs for clients used laptops, with a primary focus on Mac and a preference for Dell.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and test imported laptops for functionality and defects.

- Repair and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on laptops.

- Provide warranty repairs and services for clients used laptops, with a primary focus on Mac.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

- Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in laptop repair and maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of Mac hardware and software (must).

- Knowledge of Dell hardware and software (preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
