Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interventional cardiology team, setting clinical standards and ensuring high-quality patient care
- Perform advanced interventional procedures including angioplasty, stenting, and other cutting-edge techniques
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and patient outcomes
- Provide mentorship and training to junior cardiology staff and fellows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
- Engage in clinical research to advance the field of interventional cardiology
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in interventional cardiology
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Interventional Cardiology
- Board certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
- Active medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in interventional cardiology, with proven leadership skills
- Expertise in performing a wide range of interventional cardiac procedures
- Strong clinical acumen, decision-making skills, and ability to manage complex cases
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
