This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead AI Engineer located in Kuwait City. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions with a focus on generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning. Responsibilities include designing and training machine learning models, conducting research in natural language processing (NLP), implementing advanced neural networks, and ensuring scalable, high-performing software solutions. The Lead AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into practical applications and lead the team in driving innovation.

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Expertise in Neural Networks and experience with training and deploying large-scale models like LLMs
• Proficiency in Software Development and programming with AI-focused technologies
• A solid foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and systems design
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear focus on delivering high-quality AI solutions
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and frameworks is a plus
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is preferred
