We are currently working on behalf of a global architectural practice with offices across multiple international locations. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major, high-profile projects, they are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join their Dubai office.
This is a senior leadership role within a highly respected, design-led studio delivering large-scale, complex developments across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Oversee design development from concept through detailed documentation
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams
- Drive design excellence while meeting project timelines and budgets
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years experience in senior level position
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects
- Able to creative new and innovative concepts and design
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing design teams
- Advanced / fully fluent in Revit (essential)
- Strong technical expertise across all design stages
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
