Lead and manage the audit execution of individual audits and provide guidance to team members. Assist in implementation of IA department strategies and audit plan focused on IT areas support functions including HR, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury etc., with an aim to evaluate and improve effectiveness of
Internal Controls, Risk Management, Compliance, Corporate Governance, systems and processes created by the Business Units, support and control functions in conformance with CBUAE related regulations and IIA standards.
Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Legal, Management or IT Related.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations and best practices.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / or equivalent.
- Languages: English and Arabic preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of Experience in Banking and Finance out of which 5 years are in managing audit engagements.

- Strong analytics and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
