Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
• Ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
• Oversee requirements lifecycle management and alignment with project goals

Requirements:

• BSc. in Computer Science, Networks, Communications, Electronics, or Programming
• 12+ Yrs of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, use case modeling, and process mapping
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Awareness of and exposure to:
• ISO 20000
• ISO 27000
• ITIL 4
• DevOps
• Agile SDLC
