Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Set the strategic direction for translating complex business needs into comprehensive technical BI specifications.

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in DAX, including designing sophisticated measures, calculated columns, and performance optimization strategies.

Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex BI solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-level data warehouse systems to drive analytics and reporting.

Champion the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse for enterprise-scale analytics.

Write, optimize, and oversee complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and advanced PostgreSQL implementations.

Lead advanced Python integrations for backend processing, data automation, and complex analytical tasks.

Drive strategic initiatives to integrate Power BI into web applications, significantly enhancing enterprise reporting capabilities.

Ensure continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and scalability of BI solutions.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for data processes, reports, dashboards, and system architectures.

Lead cross-functional collaboration among data engineers, analysts, and developers to maintain robust data standards and governance.

Establish and oversee comprehensive training and adoption programs to help end users maximize BI tool effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in a related discipline, or equivalent
• Minimum 08 years experience in a similar role and industry
• Certifications in Power BI (or) other BI tools are mandatory
