Lead Cashier

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier located in Cairo. The Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role involves assisting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times. The Cashier will also manage cash register operations and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating cash registers
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data
• Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent
