Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Data Analyst located in Dubai. The Lead Data Analyst will play a critical role in managing and analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include creating data models, analyzing trends, generating reports for decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions. The role also requires presenting findings effectively and contributing to data governance and quality assurance processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling techniques
• Exceptional Communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools and data governance practices is a plus
• Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is an advantage
• Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Relevant experience in healthcare analytics is highly desirable
