Hiring for Onsite Data Architect with strong experience in Data Engineering and Data Management (DQ/DG/Data Lineage).
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Governance & P&L Management
- Own and manage account-level and program-level financials, including revenue tracking, cost structures, and margin optimization.
- Drive disciplined financial execution to ensure predictable P&L outcomes.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Provide periodic financial insights and reporting to leadership.
2. Resource Strategy & Capability Development
- Lead resource planning and allocation across programs to ensure optimal utilization.
- Build a resilient, multi-skilled delivery organization through cross-skilling and upskilling initiatives.
- Align workforce capabilities with evolving customer and business needs.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability uplift strategies.
3. Governance, Risk Management & Program Assurance
- Establish and run robust daily/weekly governance cadences across programs.
- Oversee DGMP, historical data processes, and credit-related workflows to ensure transparency and control.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, enabling early issue identification and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.
4. Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Provide strategic technical direction across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct deep dives and reviews in key areas, including:
- CCAD
- CRP
- Database systems
- Historical data management
- DGMP oversight, including Corporate KYC roadmap
- Ensure alignment between architecture, implementation, and long-term scalability.
- Drive best practices in solution design, data architecture, and system integration.
5. Stakeholder Management & Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous alignment on expectations, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, enabling strategic conversations and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive engagement.
6. Growth Strategy & Opportunity Development
- Identify and drive strategic growth opportunities within the account.
- Lead initiatives such as:
- CCAD Syndication
- Migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI
- Expand account footprint through value-added solutions and innovation.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to convert opportunities into engagements.
7. Contract & Compliance Management
- Oversee all contractual processes, including:
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Addendums
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Ensure commercial clarity, risk mitigation, and compliance across engagements.
- Liaise with internal legal teams (e.g., c5i Legal) for contract governance.
8. Strategic Leadership Support
- Support senior leadership in executing strategic priorities.
- Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports.
- Drive operational alignment and enable agile decision-making across programs.
9. Delivery Planning & Readiness
- Assess new requirements proactively and define delivery strategies.
- Ensure clarity on timelines, scope, and commitments for upcoming deliverables.
- Drive readiness planning, especially for critical milestones and time-bound initiatives.
10. Operational Excellence & Administrative Governance
- Maintain strong operational hygiene across the account, including:
- Timesheet governance
- Leave and capacity tracking
- Administrative oversight
- Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and smooth operational execution.
11. Data Governance Leadership
- Lead Data Governance Council discussions and initiatives.
- Define and drive DGMP roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish data governance standards, policies, and frameworks.
- Enable long-term data maturity and governance alignment.
12. Continuous Improvement & GAP Analysis
- Conduct structured GAP analyses across:
- Resource capabilities
- Delivery processes
- Governance frameworks
- Identify improvement areas and implement targeted interventions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the account.
