Lead Deployment Engineer - PowerApps & Copilot

We are currently seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer who will be responsible for customizing and deploying platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, PowerApps, and Pythonbased solutions to tackle operational challenges and automate business workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating stakeholder needs into productionready applications and analytical tools to support key business functions.

Our client based in Dubai, is one of the largest semi-government organisations in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy PowerApps and Copilot Studio solutions for automation, AI modeling, and business analytics.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver usable platforms.
• Develop, test, and tune Python code and AI models to drive actionable insights.
• Enable and train business users on deployed tools to encourage adoption.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate enhancements postdeployment.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams e.g., product, data science, DevOps to deliver integrated solutions.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• 8+ years in technology delivery, especially in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Copilot Studio; Python programming expertise for automation and AI modeling.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong problemsolving mindset.
