Lead Electrical Engineer - Responsible to Engineering Manager
Responsible for
Overall responsible for technical Electrical design documents on
projects in compliance with client and SNEI quality system
requirements
Main purpose of the job
Manage and Supervise electrical design and engineering works
Works on multiple major projects
Providing innovative solutions that advance the technical field,
develop engineering design deliverable as per the client
requirement and as per code and standards
Responsibilities/ Duties Responsible for multiple major projects
Provide discipline technical support
Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures
Preparing, Reviewing and approving of deliverables
Actively participate in cross function reviews including Design
reviews as well as discipline specific and / or progressive reviews
Ensure that scope changes are implemented in a timely manner,
as to not affect schedule
Provide resolution of issues related to scope.
Enforce implementation and execution of the Interfaces between
the departments.
Review design drawing packages including scope BOQ and
calculation.
Support the Project Management team.
Provide Technical Support as needed during the biding of the
project.
Resource Loading within the department
Consistently demonstrates extremely high levels of technical
knowledge, ingenuity and creativity. Develops and applies
advanced technologies, engineering's and concepts.
Results have a critical impact on the objectives and goals of the
company.
Provides guidance to other groups of the organization.
Coordinates with utility companies for getting the approval
Required Qualifications /
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Master's degree In engineering is added advantage.

Required Characteristics
15+ years (typical) in the engineering and construction
Industry.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of all project phases (FEED through close-out)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.)
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat(Reader/Writer).
Knowledge of AutoCAD/Micro station and other Software's.
