Requirements:
- Oversees the technical direction and delivery of the Octopus project, ensuring best practices in architecture and development are observed.
- Serves as the main point of contact for stakeholders, coordinates sprint planning, and proactively resolves team blockers.
- Reports directly to the part-time CTO, with the opportunity to grow into the CTO position as the company scales.
- Proven experience with a similar tech stack, modern DevOps practices (Azure DevOps), and strong leadership in agile environments is essential.
