As part of our acquisition governance framework, we are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation & Data Scraping Specialist who can build and manage high-scale systems to collect targeted business data on a daily basis.

Core Objective:

Generate 10,000+ qualified leads per day, including:

• Phone numbers
• Emails
• Full names & job titles
• Company details

Important Note:

This is a high-scale role.

Generating 10,000 leads per day is only possible through:

• Automation systems
• Advanced scraping tools
• Multi-account and proxy setups

If your experience is limited to manual lead generation or small-scale outreach, this role is not suitable.

Required Skills:

LinkedIn Scraping:

• Sales Navigator
• Phantombuster
• Apollo

Email Finding Tools:

• Hunter.io
• Snov.io
• Apollo

Automation:

• Zapier / Make (Integromat)
• OR Python-based scraping

Data Handling:

• Data cleaning & validation
• CSV / Excel management
• CRM integration

Technical Setup:

• Proxy & IP rotation
• Multi-account management
• Anti-blocking strategies

Performance Expectations:

• Minimum 10,000 leads per day
• High-quality, targeted data (no random or irrelevant lists)
• Ability to build and optimize scalable lead generation systems

Top performers may scale to 20,000+ leads/day.
