We're looking for a Media Buyer specialized in real estate lead generation to manage Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns. We need someone experienced in performance marketing and capable of generating high-quality real estate leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns for real estate clients across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and scripts to support high-performing campaigns.
- Track and analyze key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) to ensure strong performance and profitability.
- Manage daily ad spend, bids, and budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Set up and manage integrations with Google Sheets and CRM systems using tools like Zapier or Make.
Qualifications
- Experience in Meta and Google Ads campaigns is a must.
- Experience in real estate marketing is a must.
- Experience in the UAE real estate market is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving low CPL and high-quality leads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for best performance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
