Role Overview

Join our advanced healthcare team as a Lead Imaging Technologist, specializing in MRI, PACS, and seamless EMR integration. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work onsite in a dynamic environment that values excellence and innovation. This leadership role is ideal for an individual passionate about optimizing radiology workflows, delivering exceptional patient care, and driving best practices in diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the imaging technologist team, ensuring high standards of clinical performance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee operations across MRI, CT, and other imaging modalities, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting continuous quality improvement.
  • Manage PACS and EMR integration projects, collaborating with IT and clinical teams to optimize workflow efficiency and data security.
  • Implement and uphold best practices in image acquisition, documentation, and storage.
  • Promote preventive health and patient-centered care by providing functional assessments in line with longevity medicine principles.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for the imaging team, fostering a culture of continual learning and professional growth.
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, assure quality control, and support accreditation or inspection processes.

Must Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MRI, CT, and multiple imaging modalities.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven expertise in PACS and EMR integration, focusing on workflow optimization.
  • 5–7 years experience in diagnostic imaging, including a minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Active professional registration in home country with valid DOH/DHA/MOH licensure.
  • Demonstrated skills in quality control, radiology safety standards, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.

Nice To Have Requirements

  • Experience or interest in preventive medicine, functional assessments, or longevity-focused healthcare.
  • Advanced training or certifications in MRI/PACS or healthcare IT system integration.
  • Familiarity with international radiology accreditation standards.
