Role Overview:
As a Lead Interior Designer, you will be the face of Ray Fit Out leading client presentations, building strong relationships, and managing the entire design journey from concept to completion. This is a career-defining opportunity for a designer with proven UAE experience in high-end projects who can combine design excellence with persuasive presentation and project leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing presentations and workshops, representing Ray Fit Out's design philosophy.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts, material boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Manage the full design process: client communication, follow-ups, design documentation, approvals, and final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor and guide the design team to uphold design excellence across all projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in luxury or high-end interior design projects in the UAE.
- Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion.
- Strong client-facing presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite; visualization tools are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with FF&E selection, approvals, and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior trends.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
