About Mind-XAI LLC

Mind-XAI is a newly registered, next-generation AI infrastructure startup operating out of Dubai, with US incorporation (Delaware). We are building Autonomous AI Workflows, Real-Time Intelligence Systems, and Explainable AI (XAI) solutions designed to automate complex enterprise operations.

Our core infrastructure is 90% finalized with a live beta, and we are strategically holding our full-scale commercial launch to onboard the right Lead Investor.

The Opportunity

We are not looking for an employee. We are seeking a Strategic Lead Investor / Angel Investor to join our Board of Directors. You will act as a core partner, bringing not just capital, but strategic guidance and network expansion to help scale Mind-XAI across the GCC and global markets.

What You Bring to the Table:

Capital: Readiness to inject seed-stage capital (Tier options: $100k - $250k, or $250k+).

Network: Strong connections within the Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Enterprise tech ecosystems.

Expertise: Experience in guiding early-stage tech/AI startups through aggressive growth and subsequent funding rounds
