Lead - Learning Design & Production

JOB PURPOSE

The Learning Design & Production Lead translates learning needs into structured, engaging learning experiences that support capability development across MAGRABi. The role designs and produces instructor-led training, virtual learning, and digital learning solutions, ensuring learning interventions are practical, engaging, and aligned with business performance outcomes.

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field is required.

Certification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or Learning Technologies is a plus.

Experience

46 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or digital learning production.

Experience designing instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and asynchronous digital learning programs.

Hands-on experience using learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Genially, or similar platforms.

Experience developing learning assets such as facilitator guides, learner materials, job aids, and digital learning modules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Translate learning needs and business requirements into clear learning outcomes and structured learning journeys.

Develop learning storyboards and learning architectures for instructor-led training, virtual learning, and digital learning programs.

Design and produce interactive learning experiences using authoring tools such as Articulate, Genially, and other digital learning platforms.

Develop learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, digital modules, assessments, and job aids.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical or operational content into engaging and practical learning experiences.

Ensure learning design follows sound instructional design principles and supports knowledge retention and on-the-job application.

Continuously improve learning materials based on learner feedback, program evaluation insights, and performance data.

Support the development of learning assets across MAGRABi University capability programs.
