Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Material Planning & Order Engineer to manage material planning, order processing, and coordination for LV Panels factory. The role ensures material availability, cost optimization, and smooth order execution in alignment with project schedules and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead material planning activities for LV Panel factory in line with production and project timelines
- Review BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate material requirements
- Issue and follow up on purchase requisitions and material orders
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Projects teams
- Monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and inventory levels
- Manage suppliers follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle order tracking, expediting, and resolving material-related issues
- Optimize material utilization and minimize shortages or excess stock
- Prepare material status reports and KPIs for management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
- Support cost control and value engineering initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 710 years of experience in material planning and order management within LV Panels industry
- Strong knowledge of LV panel components, accessories, and systems
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / similar)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities
- Leadership experience managing or guiding a team is preferred
