Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Lead Nurturing Specialist to manage the journey from first message to first session.
This role is not customer service.
It is responsible for converting online interest into real in-person appointments and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
Role Responsibities
- Answer incoming messages from website and ads quickly and professionally
- Respond to new leads immediately (speed is critical)
- Engage leads via WhatsApp/text and qualify interest
- Send reminders and confirmations before appointments
- Follow up consistently to reduce no-shows
- Ensure leads arrive on time
- Track and immediately reschedule missed appointments
- Welcome leads personally upon arrival
- Guide them through a short questionnaire
- Conduct an InBody body composition scan
- Enter all data accurately into the system
- Keep the lead comfortable and engaged before sales meeting
- Build rapport and positive first impression
- Smoothly hand over to the sales team
- Handle memebr onboarding into the system
- Tracking and reporting data
Who are you someone that is
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and spoken Arabic & English (C1- C2 is a must)
- Fast responder and proactive communicator
- You are an extrovert
- You love to work out
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and lead management systems
- Prior experience in a customer-focused or sales-driven environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
