Job Description
Key Responsibilities
On-Road Operations (Primary)
- Complete assigned delivery and pickup routes in line with express service commitments.
- Provide on-road support to drivers for routing issues, delivery exceptions, and service escalations.
- Support route recovery during delays, high volumes, or driver absenteeism.
- Ensure accurate scanning, shipment handling, and proof of delivery compliance.
- Act as first escalation point for on-road operational issues.
Driver Support & Compliance
- Coach and guide drivers on safe driving, route discipline, and service standards.
- Reinforce compliance with uniform, vehicle condition, and professional conduct requirements.
- Monitor and report attendance issues, safety incidents, and operational risks.
Customer Interaction (On-Road)
- Support resolution of delivery issues with customers during route execution.
- Handle sensitive or high-value deliveries as required.
Morning In-Building Support (Limited)
- Provide brief morning support when required, limited to:
- Dispatch readiness checks
- Urgent route or address clarifications
- No routine warehouse, sorting, or administrative responsibilities.
Experience & Requirements
- Valid vehicle driving license, manual.
- Proven experience in express courier or last-mile delivery operations.
- Strong route knowledge and decision-making ability.
- High safety awareness and customer service focus.

- On-time delivery and pickup performance

Responsibilities
Learns and properly executes UPS safe driving methods.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Complies with UPS appearance guidelines Excellent customer contact and driving skills
Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle Availability to work 6 days per week
