Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Lead (PR & Marketing).
What will you do
- Lead PR Program Development and Execution: Develop and implement holistic PR plans that strengthen the corporate reputation of Raya Holding and its portfolio companies across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Ensure deliverables support business objectives, brand positioning, expansion markets, and visibility milestones.
- Regional Media and Stakeholder Engagement: Build, maintain, and grow strong media relationships across Egypt and the GCC. Act as the focal point for media coordination, story pitching, press announcements, and proactive earned visibility across priority markets.
- Strategic Content and Editorial Development: Manage the creation and refinement of high-impact PR and corporate content including press releases, statements, Q&A documents, key messages, articles, editorial contributions, website content, annual reports, and company profiles ensuring consistency with brand tonality and positioning.
- Corporate Storytelling and Management: Manage the development and production of Raya Holding's corporate video and video narrative storytelling content for use across prestigious local, regional, and global platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and long-term communication strategy.
- Social Media Brand Alignment and Content Oversight: Collaborate with the digital & marketing team to ensure that social media content reflects accurate brand tone, narrative consistency, messaging hierarchy, and communication priorities across Raya Holding and its portfolio companies.
- Portfolio Company Coordination and Advisory Support: Work closely with marketing focal points across portfolio companies to align messaging, review content, and support PR rollouts that maximize collective corporate visibility and ensure storytelling synergy.
- Events and Announcement PR Management: Manage PR support for corporate events, launches, sponsorships, press conferences, and milestone announcements, ensuring full media preparedness, content readiness, and measurable communication outcomes.
- Monitoring, Reporting, and Insights Development: Oversee media monitoring, assess sentiment and coverage performance, and develop reports with insights and improvement recommendations to elevate PR impact and visibility.
- Crisis and Sensitive Communication Support: Support the development and coordination of holding statements, FAQs, media responses, and messaging alignment during crisis or sensitive communication moments.
- Vendor, Agency and Freelancer Management: Manage and coordinate external creative resources including part-timers, freelancers, production teams, creative vendors, and PR agencies ensuring quality, delivery, and adherence to brand standards and timelines.
- Corporate PR Asset Management: Manage and maintain PR resources including media lists, press kits, bios, photo banks, digital assets, website newsroom, and content repositories ensuring accuracy and readiness at all times.
