Job Description
Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for non tech categories HR services,facilities mgmt,marketing,proffessional services.Deliver cost optimization,value creation,risk compliance in alignment with bank's procurement strategy.
Lead end to end sourcing activities (RFP's,RFQ's ,negotiations)
Develop and implement category strategies for assigned nontech spend areas
Strong negotiation skills and experience in banking or financial services preferred
