Role Objectives

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish a shared product vision and strategy for the product area, rooted in a deep understanding of the domain and unmet customer needs
- Own product roadmaps and guide end-to-end product development
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
- Leverage usability studies, data, industry innovation, and metrics to generate insights and improve the product
- Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across a broad spectrum of audiences, from internal customers to executives
- Exemplify best-in-class product development and management practices in all areas
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- 6+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record leading product development teams
- Experience formulating and driving a principled product vision
- Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional partners from engineering, design, and marketing
- Ability to generate crucial product insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written, with engineers, non-technical partners, and executives
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, crafting simplicity and order
