We are looking for a Lead Product UI/UX Designer to drive the design vision across our automotive digital products. This role will lead the product design function and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences.
Our platform serves millions of car buyers and sellers in Egypt, and we are continuously building new products for consumers, dealerships, and automotive service providers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery.
- Translate product strategy and user needs into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Define and evolve design systems and UI standards across web and mobile products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to shape product decisions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Guide and mentor designers to maintain high design quality and consistency.
- Improve key user flows such as car discovery, comparisons, dealer interactions, and purchase journeys.
- Ensure the design process balances business goals, usability, and scalability.
Requirements
- 47 years of experience in product design (UI/UX).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product flows and real product impact.
- Experience designing data-heavy marketplaces or consumer platforms.
- Strong skills in interaction design, UX thinking, and visual design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Proficiency in modern design tools.
- Ability to work closely with product managers and engineers in agile environments.
- Leadership and mentoring experience is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing marketplaces, fintech, automotive, or classifieds platforms.
- Familiarity with design analytics and A/B testing.
- Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive platforms.
